Art Workshop

  • Fredericton Public Library 12 Rue Carleton Street Fredericton, NB, E2V 2C8 Canada (map)

This year’s Cultural Expressions Festival shines a light on Afghan culture and heritage with the theme: "Light Beyond the Mountains: Afghan Resilience, Culture and Connection." It’s a celebration of the strength found in diversity and the stories that connect us across cultures.

Organized by the Multicultural Association of Fredericton alongside a wide range of local ethno-cultural communities, the festival offers a month of engaging experiences. Highlights include a collaborative drumming circle that brings people together through rhythm, and a hands-on art workshop where participants can express creativity inspired by global traditions.

Free and open to all—everyone is welcome to join in the celebration! Read more here.
