Explain the purpose and significance of land acknowledgements and their connection to reconciliation
Provide learning opportunities related to Indigenous histories, cultures, and reconciliation
Encourage respectful and ongoing learning related to Indigenous perspectives and experiences
Gather employee feedback on how reconciliation principles can be reflected in workplace culture and practices
