The Workplace Inclusion Charter (WIC) provides employers in the Capital Region with a practical framework to build more inclusive, equitable, and accessible workplaces. Through a series of commitments across four focus areas, organizations can identify meaningful actions, track their progress, and work toward Bronze, Silver, or Gold recognition.
